Important Information
We have received emails from many of our customers that they have purchased FAKE products with our brand name and labels.
As cRowX Labs, we would like to reiterate that we care about the health of our athletes first and foremost. cRowX Labs is a brand that manufactures in accordance with GMP standards and using 99.9% pure raw materials. As in many sectors, unfortunately, counterfeit products are a serious problem in this sector.
We use Hologram and Verification Code technologies to prevent fraud.
Remember, every product label we produce must have a hologram and verification code.
If the product you purchased does not have these, it is definitely FAKE.
There are a few points you should pay attention to in order not to use fake products.

You can compare Original and Fake products and holograms as below
ORIGINAL PRODUCT DETAILS
1.Each of the original CrowXlabs products has a hologram label. Details of this hologram are available in Picture 3 below. So you can compare it with the hologram label on the product you have.
2.Cap is WHITE in CrowXlabs Vial products.
Only HCGROW product has RED and SOMATROW product has GOLD color
3.Verification Code Silver Scratch field is available in every product.
1.In the middle of the hologram, there is a large letter R and our logo inside.
2.There is a small reflecting round area on the 4 sides of the hologram.
3."Authentic" is written at the bottom of the hologram.
4.Our logo is on the ground of the hologram.
FAKE PRODUCT DETAILS
1.Cap color is different in fake Vial products. In this example it's Blue.
2.Vial sizes may be different in counterfeit vial products. In the example of this counterfeit, the vial size is short and wide.
3.Counterfeit product labels can be of poor quality. In this example, the text pixels and colors in the label are of poor quality
4.In counterfeit products, the hologram is often different and can be easily distinguished. Please refer to the 3rd picture for a more detailed review.
